Theres this coffee recipe that I’ve been dying to try but I just haven’t gotten to the store yet. I’ll post it anyway and maybe you can try it and let me know your feed back. :] The recipe was taken from Cleo Coyle’s book On What Grounds. Haven’t read that one yet but I’m eager to tear into the pages. :]
The Village Blend’s Caffe Cannella
You Will Need:
- Thin slice of orange
- A cinnamon stick
- Strong coffee (enough to fill the cup)
- And obviously a mug :D
Place the orange slice into the bottom of your mug. Pour over your strong coffee and then stir your mixture with your cinnamon stick. Let this brew steep for about one minute (make sure you leave that cinnamon stick in kiddies!). Feel free to add a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Additional sugar may be added for your enjoyment.
