Starbucks Christmas Blend Review

This week my fellow readers I bring you a review on Starbucks’ Christmas Blend.

I really am quite a fan of this particular coffee. I was introduced to it last year and unhesitatingly fell in love. Its somewhat earthy and has a great body, a tad spicy, but yet there’s still a crispness. Its an Asian/Pacific and Latin American blend. Since it is partially a Latin American blend, its not as bold as you would think. My thoughts, give it a try. You just might surprise yourself and be swayed by its spicy goodness.

The brew is available in a ½ pound, 1 pound, and 1.5 (25 oz) pound bag. And for those of you who prefer not to be wired, its also available in decaf. As far as food pairings, I love it with something spicy such as gingerbread or gingersnaps. For those of you missing the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from last year, Starbucks came out with a cocoa trio ($9.95) and there is a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate in one of the tins.

Later this week or early next week, I will bring you all a recipe for coffee pancakes. Yes, you read that right, coffee pancakes. Get your tummy filled and your heart pumping.
